Tamil Nadu Agricultural University
Tamil Nadu Agricultural University will organise a training programme in preparation of spice powders and pickles.
The training will cover the preparation of the following aspects: spice powders, ready-to-use pastes, mushroom pickle, banana flower pickle, bitter gourd pickle, brinjal pickle, onion pickle, amla pickle, and tomato pickle.
Those interested can attend the training by paying a fee of Rs. 1,000.
