Yoga camp
Sri Chinmaya Yoga Centre will
organise a free yoga therapy camp for residents of Chinmaya Vidyalaya campus at
Vadavalli from September 26 to 30 from 6.30 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. to
7.30 p.m.
It will include asanas, pranayama, kriya,
meditation, laughing yoga, games for stress release, nutrition workshop,
disease management, etc.
