Voice Crash Course

NBN Media organises a five-day voice crash course.

It will be conducted by music director, J. J. Ruban, playback singers, Harini and Tippu, and Sasi Kumar, the voice trainer for Manorama TV.

The workshop will involve basic voice exercises including breathing, vocal chord therapy and pitch control exercises.

The entry fee is Rs. 2500

Parenting workshop

The Anns of Rotary Texcity conducts a workshop on the challenges of 21st century parenting. This workshop will include topics such as the use of the internet, setting limits, peer pressure and other commonly encountered problems.

This will be followed by an interactive session and lunch. The workshop is open to parents of children up to 18 years.
